At Raytheon, William is directly responsible for leading the negotiations of critical new business captures. Also, he is responsible for the business unit’s program compliance with complex Federal Acquisition Regulations.
His aerospace industry expertise also includes U.S. Government procurement processes and license requirements. William has successfully captured more than $500M in contracts for the business unit. He is a results-driven innovative leader with a proven ability to create vision and execute strategy.
William holds a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School, a Master of Public Health from Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Morehouse College.
