Dr. Frederic Bogui, is an assistant professor at the School of Business and Social Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Finance from the School of Public Affairs and Administration (Rutgers University, USA); MPA Public Finance from Rutgers University; and BS in Accounting from Oakwood College (USA). Dr. Bogui teaches Accounting and Public Sector Finance. He has previously taught at a number of US universities, where he has been the recipient of several teaching awards. He is the author of a textbook on Public Sector Finance and has been guest speaker at several key conferences. He has used his extensive knowledge and experience to provide consulting services in internal control systems and audit procedures.

Dr. Bogui is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). His areas of research interest include financial accounting, governmental accounting, auditing, and public-private sector partnerships.
